Trinity Pr Delighted Help Launch London Medical Concierge
An independent new venture – London Medical Concierge (LMC) – is being launched to change the way we navigate our journey through medical treatment, by offering innovative and fast guidance through all areas of medical care. Trinity PR are thrilled to be working with London Medical Concierge and welcoming journalists at the launch event.
The company is launching today, 23rd January 2017, with an evening taking place at Hotel Café Royal, which will showcase the company’s passion and drive to help patients receive the right treatment. Professor Justin Stebbing, Professor of Cancer Medicine and Oncology & Consultant Oncologist, Imperial College, will be speaking at the event to support the ethos of the business.
London Medical Concierge will offer patients access to priority consultations, fast track second opinions and prescription services, dedicated cancer care, clinical trials, paediatrics, patient management, and dermatology. Every case will be treated individually, with LMC creating a bespoke clinical patient pathway to connect each patient to the right medical specialist, quickly and at an accessible cost – from only £195. The LMC “Purple Members” offers a superior lifestyle product for busy families, entitling them to a consultant referral, GP referrals, member discounts on cosmetic treatments and newsletters with offers and updates.
For patients with an existing diagnosis, the team at LMC can help people understand the healthcare system, book appointments, gain a second medical opinion and access the right medical expert quickly. Patients who contact London Medical Concierge undiagnosed will always be referred to a GP first to gain a comprehensive diagnosis before they are able to move forward with finding the right treatment.
CEO and Founder, Kirsty Ettrick knows all too well the struggle of trying to find the right medical treatments and expert care after her husband Neil, was diagnosed with cancer in June 2014. Whilst caring for their three small children, Kirsty spent hours every night researching doctors, calling and emailing experts all around the world.
Eventually, this search lead Kirsty to Professor Justin Stebbing who offered treatment where others had unfortunately refused and understood that giving up was never an option. Sadly, all this was not enough and, after Neil passed away in late 2014, Kirsty made it her mission to help others in a similar situation access the most appropriate and timely medical care. This is how London Medical Concierge was born.
Patients and their carers can visit www.londonmedicalconcierge.com for more information or to complete a Patient Enquiry Form. The team at LMC will also be on hand to answer calls on 0207 305 5590, Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm. Patients can sign up to become a “Purple Member” at www.lmcmembers.com.
