Super Sprint

Spare a thought for Trinity Partner Caroline Beswick this morning, easing herself into the day after yesterday’s Super Sprint Triathlon in aid of Help for Heroes.  Long-standing Trinity client, The London Orthopaedic Clinic (LOC) organised the event at The Third Space gym in Marylebone in honour of a colleague’s son who was injured in Afghanistan in 2010. The support and care he received in the twelve months that followed, would not have been possible without the funds raised by Help for Heroes and was invaluable to his rehabilitation.  Caroline ‘competed’ in the three round event (4km swim, 10km bike and 2.5km run) against LOC consultants, family and friends, which hopes to raise over £2,000 in total.

It’s not too late to join us in applauding the team’s efforts and supporting injured service men and women at www.bmycharity.com/helpforheroesTLOC.
