In Celebration Of The Festive Season, Trinity Pr Developed A Popular Sprouts Story That Captured The Media’s Attention

Tis the season to be merry and for many it’s the season to be fertile! So much so, that according to scientific studies, over 9% of all conceptions takes place between Christmas and New Year.

Despite obvious culprits including increased time with loved ones-or dare we say too much mulled wine under the mistletoe. Trinity PR was keen to investigate a new and healthy source for the Christmas conception to intrigue the media.

Harley Street Fertility Clinic’s nutritionist Neema Savvides credited brussel sprouts as having numerous fertility enhancing properties.  Neema tells us: “This celebrated ‘Christmas Cabbage’ is bursting with folic acid which is essential for boosting fertility in both men and women”. Neema added that another benefit of this folic rich food is that it can help to decrease the risk of miscarriages and birth defects.  Moreover sprouts are vitamin rich which increase sperm levels and helps line the womb with the right nutrients raising sperm survival chances.

We soon came to the conclusion there was more to the humble sprout than met the eye!  Moreover the press agreed too. Our Christmas news was quickly snapped by The Mail Online, Babyworld, Food Bev, Woman and Home, Prima Baby, Parentdish UK, Yahoo News and many more regional newspapers.
