CASE STUDY:

One of Trinity’s most recent success stories has been (and continues to be!) the launch of the Consultant Trichologist, Eva Proudman FIT IAT onto social media. With an existing high profile amongst peers and a ‘go-to’ for print journalists, Eva was already well-known within her industry. But, as a natural communicator (exuding both expertise and empathy) she was missing a trick in terms of talking directly to her audience – comprising the thousands of people living with hair loss and hair and scalp issues as well as potential collaborators and other stakeholders, influencers and experts in the sector (whether celebrity stylists or menopause doctors and campaigners).

By scoping out an engaging and content-rich social media plan (on both a weekly basis and a wider, strategic monthly calendar) Eva’s profile and following has grown exponentially.

Eva’s now a pro at providing engaging and informative content which is so well-received by her growing and loyal base of followers. Her video content (which Trinity’s social media team will often turn into Reels or extended, expert-info films) is a regular feature on her feed, along with a solid and strategic stream of written content, captions and competitions (which Eva’s online family love…as well as always attracting new followers to the fold).

Trinity works with Eva to curate of series of topical and relevant blogs, sharing her expertise on a range of issues (often pinned to awareness campaigns) across both of her core platforms (that’s UK Hair Consultants and her product portfolio which can be found under the Tricoextra brand).

Highlights of the programme include regular Q&As and insta-lives with a range of fellow social media personalities – Hair Talk with Michael Douglas (@mdlondon) is always a hit  – as is Eva’s commitment to chatting directly to those affected by hair loss problems caused by issues such as menopause, diet and lifestyle, chemotherapy treatment or conditions such as autoimmune diseases.

Whatever the issue, a strategic and engaging social media programme has allowed Eva to hugely broaden her reach and profile and develop a ‘relationship’ with a large audience of people ‘out there’ who are interested in trichology and her range of products.
